Salad

I am cooking histamine-free food/AIP recipe because I am histamine intolerant and I have multiple autoimmune conditions. I am delightful to share this recipe with you all because this recipe makes me feel good and energetic through out the day after eating it, and it’s delicious!

This dish is high fat, high protein and very low carbs. It’s designed to support immune system, blood sugar balancing, and it’s low histamine. 

I used organic produces from local store for my cooking as much as possible. I can’t emphasis enough about the important of where your food come from. It’s crucial to pay attention on what goes into the soil to grow your food. Because good soil grown good quality food.

Ingredients:

  • 250g cool freshly cut grass-fed beef
  • 10g mints leaves, roughly chopped
  • 10g coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 small red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium size cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp grounded black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Cooking

Pan fry beef on medium heat for 5 minutes or till cooked. Transfer cooked beef to salad bowl and let cool down. Add olive oil, salt, garlic, pepper and mix them well with beef. Add coriander, mint and radishes, and toss them gently and taste to your liking. Serve with sliced cucumber.

This recipe is for one person. Increase ingredients proportion accordingly base on number of people you want to serve.
